Our client wished for a comprehensive renovation of his charming Viennese apartment in order to create modern living comfort. Thus, the focus of the project was to create an open-plan kitchen-living area. As the apartment did not originally have a separate bathroom, the former kitchen was converted into one. In addition, the room layout was optimized to enable more efficient use of space.

By redesigning this classic period apartment, we achieved a stunning transformation that guarantees the most modern living comforts. Starting with a well-thought-out room layout, we first expanded the entrance area to create central access. The separation between the home office and living room was removed, creating an inviting, open-plan living and dining area. The integration of the kitchen into this space now allows for a seamless interplay of cooking and socializing.
We converted the former kitchen into a state-of-the-art bathroom and created two stylish bedrooms, a functional home office, and a separate toilet. Further highlights of the renovation included the installation of underfloor heating, which provides a cozy atmosphere.
Thus, we fully achieved our goal of preserving traditional features and combining classic elements like French doors with modern design and comfort.
